Breast milk has a lot of advantages some of them are that it contains all the necessary nutrients for the child. Also, it presents antibodies from the mother that protect the baby during the first months of life. It is economical and comfortable since it does not have to be prepared. In addition, studies are being carried out whose first results show that breastfeeding prevents the risk of developing breast cancer. At the same time it has some disadvantages as it requires more time and dedication from the mother since babies need more feedings in less time. The first few days there are discomfort until a good technique is developed.
